The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are in Dubbo, Australia, on the second day of their historic first international tour together.

Earlier today, the royal couple met with flying doctors and drought-stricken farmers. It began raining heaving while Harry delivered a speech in Dubbo, in the New South Wales central west and his wife Meghan Markle stepped in to shield him from the torrential rain.

When the local mayor offered Prince Harry his umbrella, Harry smiled and said:
It's all right, I've got my wife.

The tender moment was caught on video and has royal fans gushing over it online.

Harry's speech came after a community BBQ where guests got to try a loaf of banana bread baked by Meghan Markle in the kitchen at Admiralty House, Sydney, before flying to Dubbo.

Kieasha Ross, 17, who met Meghan, said:
Us being Aboriginal girls and her being of a different race and being accepted into the Royal Family shows us anyone can be accepted. It's great that someone who's bi-racial and American can do this [marry into the Royal Family]. It makes her a role model.
Meghan also admitted early pregnancy has left her a "bit tired" and she is "running on adrenaline".
